Frequently Asked Questions

What if we're not ready to launch yet?

That's what Cohorts are for. If you need to learn the framework first, join a 6-week cohort. If you already have a plan and just need help executing it, Playmaker Seasons are perfect.

Can we pause mid-season?

We recommend completing the full 90 days for momentum. But if life happens (staff transition, budget freeze), we can pause for up to 30 days and resume later.

What if we need more than 90 days?

Most churches book 2–3 consecutive seasons. Season 1 = Launch. Season 2 = Scale. Season 3 = Capture stories + sustain funding.

Do you match us with a specific Playmaker?

Yes. During your discovery call, we'll learn about your project type (health, workforce, education, etc.) and match you with a Playmaker who has relevant experience.

Can networks purchase seasons for multiple churches?

Absolutely. Network Accelerator packages include 2–3 Playmaker Seasons per year, spread across 5–10 churches. Ask us about bulk pricing.
