What to expect from the 30-day One Pastor • One Table • One Project experience.
Who is an ideal candidate?
Selection
- Bivocational or small/mid-size church pastors with a heart for collaboration.
- A pastor who already has one credible church–community story to share.
- Willing to invite 2–3 local leaders and other local pastors to a 45-minute Table (we’ll help secure them—see below).
- Can commit to 30–45 minutes weekly for four weeks.
What does it cost?
No cost
Qualified pastors join at no cost, sponsored by Immerse and Wisdom Tree Fellows. Seats are limited each quarter.
How do I apply?
Step 1
- Complete the short application (≈1–3 minutes): .
- Share your basic church context and the community story you want to highlight.
- Optional: suggest 2–3 leaders and a couple of pastors to invite—we’ll help secure confirmations.
What happens in the interview?

A brief 20–25 minute call to confirm fit and readiness:
- Clarify your story focus and hoped-for outcome.
- Align on the invite list (leaders + local pastors) and who makes warm asks.
- Lock the 30-day cadence and first available Table date.
What happens after I’m accepted?

- Week 1 – Discover: We create your Community Overview and confirm invites.
- Week 2 – Tell: We craft your gallery-ready Table event card + Story tile (you approve).
- Week 3 – Gather: 45-min facilitated Table with leaders and local pastors.
- Week 4 – Act: Choose a winnable project; we track steps & generate your Impact Snapshot.
How much time will this take each week?
Time
Expect 30–45 minutes per week for four weeks, plus the 45-minute Table during Week 3. Tailored to your schedule.
What if I can’t secure 2–3 leaders right away?
Invites
We’ll help secure leaders with you. You provide names, warm relationships, or areas of focus; we provide short outreach blurbs, light coordination, and calendar options. If needed, we’ll start with a pastors-only Table and add leaders the following week.

- Housing: housing authority executive or resident services coordinator
