We configure your ZIP codes, pull Census and CDC data, map existing churches and nonprofits, and create a simple neighborhood overview.
You receive: A 2-page summary and optional live dashboard access—no setup required on your end.
We Facilitate Strategy Sessions
We lead 60–90 minute sessions (virtual or in-person) where your team discusses real ministry questions using your neighborhood data.
You receive: Written action plans with 30/60/90‑day experiments—ready to assign and track.
We Produce Your Impact Stories
We collect testimonies (via calls or simple links), edit them, and turn them into finished content: social posts, newsletter features, grant paragraphs, or video clips.
You receive: Polished story content ready to share—no editing or formatting required.

Impact Builder Plus
For one church or campus that wants a clear neighborhood plan and finished stories—without adding staff time.
What we deliver:
- Neighborhood X‑Ray: 2-page summary of your ZIP with key insights and partner opportunities
- Two facilitated planning sessions (60–90 min each, virtual)
- 90‑day action plan with clear next steps for your team
- 3–5 finished stories collected and edited by us (ready for social, newsletters, or sermons)
- Email & Slack support as you implement your experiments
Path B – Network / Region
Neighborhood Network Studio
For denominational regions, city networks, or multi‑site churches coordinating 3–10 leaders without requiring them all to learn a new system.
What we deliver:
- Multi‑ZIP neighborhood setup across all your campuses or churches
- Co‑designed learning arc (3–6 months) with monthly facilitated sessions
- Quarterly network reports summarizing activity, stories, and progress across locations
- Story collection and production across all campuses (10–20 finished stories over 6 months)
- Shared dashboard access for network leaders (optional; leaders can stay email-only if preferred)
Path C – Funder‑Sponsored Cohort
Capacity That Scales
For foundations sponsoring 10–20 grantees in an Immerse‑style cohort where we handle coordination, data, and storytelling—so grantees focus on ministry, not reporting.
What we deliver:
- Cohort design and participant recruitment
- 6‑week guided learning journey with live sessions and follow‑up touchpoints (30/60/90 days)
- Funder dashboard and mid‑cohort briefs showing participant progress and emerging patterns
- Final impact report with stories, data visuals, and qualitative insights (ready to share with your board)
- All participant stories collected and edited (30–50 finished testimonies)
